US Cellular service is excellent in this area, and the people in the store are absolutely outstanding. When I got my first smartphone there two years ago, Adam was terrific, introducing me to the various phones and setting up the one I picked. Recently, I've had difficulty connecting my phone to the bluetooth system in my car, and both Adam and Sam have gone out of their way to help.
They were so amazingly helpful. And super nice. The only thing that sucks about US Cellular is their over the phone customer support. They are incompetent. The people in the store know more than the idiots at custer service.

Switched from straight talk never going back
Went in and the karry ann rep that waited on a friend was very rude! Treating us like she was better than us! You dont treat current and future customers like that. Advise anyone to go to airwaves.. thats terrable customer service. And yes i blew up but im not gonna be treated like trash by anyone.
