I make appointments regularly with the Skin Klinic, for esthetics as well as nails and hair. I live 250 miles away and have to plan my trips with appointments in mind. It is a large city treat in a quiet

In addition, the "klinic" is in this old house that's pretty nasty. I would have forgiven this if they actually gave us the product we signed up for. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Susan and her wonderful staff couldn't have taken better care of my husband and I. I can't wait to return to Maine and spend more time at the Skin Klinic!!

Buyer beware and stay away!

My now husband and I got married at a little pub on Main St in Rockland and the Skin Klinic was highly recommended. Both my husband and I were awe struck with the Spa. When we first arrived, Susan gave us a tour of the spa, offered us a glass of wine, and gave us a detailed description of the elegant services. I decided to go with the Emminence (sp?) signature facial - I've never been so relaxed in my whole life and my skin!!! You should see my skin!! Days later I was still glowing! I can't wait to see how I look in my wedding pictures. My husband got a Groom the Groom package that had a massage, buffed up his nails and a barber shop facial.

My husband and I were up in Maine for a wedding and decided to treat ourselves to hot stone massages. On the Skin Klinic website it clearly states that they offer hot stone massages and when I called to make the appointment for us they didn't mention anything about the nature of the hot stone massage. When we arrived however, they informed us that they don't actually do the hot stone massage with hot stones. No, they use hot sea shells, which I assure you, is nothing even close to feeling hot stones. I was in a good mood so decided to just go along with it. The massage sucked and the seashells don't retain an even temperature. They can go really scathing hot or really cold in a few seconds, which is not really what I"m looking for in a massage experience.

coastal town. What could be better?

Don’t not go here! She put a whole 20 units of Botox just between my eyes! Very poor Botox knowledge. And Susan lied to me about offering BrilliantDistinctions. She said she did and then when I went to pay and the woman knew nothing about it at the desk. I emailed her back and forth and kept lying about the program and told me she’s been having problems with it for all of her clients. I contacted BrilliantDistinctions and they said she is not a member and never has tried to be a member. Do not go here! She charges too much for putting too much Botox in one area and the fact that she lied is just unspeakable. Not cool. It’s better to travel far for better service. I recommend cosmetic enhancement center of New England. They always have deals and The people are so nice.

I went here for a massage and for the "man night" open house party. The massage was excellent and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would certainly return!
