Super slow. Ordered a pizza. Went to pick it up. I'm sitting here in the parking lot waiting. Been almost an hour since we ordered.
I ordered online and my order was ready in under 15 minutes, so fast! I just love the tracker. I went in to pick up my order, unfortunately my cheesy bread didnt come through on my order for some reason. Though they were very busy, they offered to put on in for me immediately and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. That's wonderful customer service! While I sat there waiting, I noticed how well the crew worked together and how clean and organized they and the store was. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The new remodel looks modern and inviting with limited comfortable seating for when and if you have to wait. Great job guys!
Awesome store. Owners are great and the workers are friendly. Food arrives fast and perfect every single time.
Waited a hour for the pizza. Watched it online.. Took 25 min from the time it came out till it was delivered... Then driver lied said it just came out.... Would have been faster to pick up.
I called and they said they could deliver, took our order, we paid, we thought that's that. They called us 15 minutes later to let us know that, No, they won't deliver to us and that we'd have to come get our food because it's getting cold. It was quickly made, but I would have loved to know they wouldn't deliver before we paid.
