* EDITS MADE* About seven months ago, I knocked a glass of water on my computer and had it in his shop less than ten minutes later. The man working behind the counter was rude and dismissive, giving me incorrect information and telling me that I would need to buy a new computer (no less giving me "a discount" in his shop). Yes electronics do not like getting wet but that does not mean they "fry" immediately and will never work again. I called my uncle who is a computer engineer and asked his advice and based on what I told him, he advised me to get my computer out of that shop immediately. I put my computer in a dry warm space for two days and when I turned it on, it was completely fine and I have had no problems with its functions. I was not impressed with his "expertise" or personality or customer service. Don't take your expensive electronics to them.
